The City of Delaware selected an electric supplier who, through the power of volume buying, is able to secure electric at competitive rates.

Voters in the City of Delaware approved this aggregation program in 2022 and the City Council passed a Ordinance adopting this Electric Aggregation program.

The City selected Dynegy  as its preferred electric supply provider to serve our residents and small businesses starting with the July 2023 bill and continuing through the June 2025 bill. Dynegy is a certified retail electric provider and independent power producer with an office in Cincinnati.

Also assisting the City of Delaware with the aggregation program is Energy Alliances.
