The City of Delaware Thoroughfare & Transportation Improvements Plan shows proposed roadway and intersection improvements throughout the city.  The original plan was developed in partnership with Delaware County in 2001 and has been subsequently updated every several years as projects are completed.  In some cases projects may be removed from the plan if they are no longer feasible due to development, or if additional traffic analysis no longer warrants an improvement, or deems the cost vs. benefit to no longer justify the expenditure.
