The Delaware City Prosecutor’s Office has a Diversion Program for which individuals who have no prior criminal convictions or OVI convictions and are currently charged with a minor drug offense, or underage alcohol offense, or theft offense may be eligible to participate at the discretion of the Prosecutor’s Office.
