The Office of Management, Budget and Procurement is responsible for the allocation of financial, operational, tangible, and human resources throughout the City.  The office develops the City’s capital improvement plan and annual operating budgets.   

In addition, the Office of Management, Budget, and Procurement performs financial analyses, strategic planning related to development, growth, and incentive districts, participates in labor negotiations, and creates policies regarding purchasing. The director acts as the City’s Purchasing Agent.
