Restarting Service
If service is turned off, we will need to schedule an appointment to turn service back on during our meter crew’s business hours. (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri)
Refuse and Recycling
Utility billing typically includes a monthly fee for weekly residential trash and recycling collection service through our Public Works Department. Learn more about those services here.
Auxiliary Meter
An auxiliary – or secondary – meter tracks the amount of water used for outside watering. This water is not calculated in your sanitary sewer system fee, lowering your sewer charges.
