The Delaware Community Veterans Parade will take place on Sunday, November 5, rain or shine, at 3 pm. The parade will exit from the main gate of the Fairgrounds, proceed to Sandusky Street, continuing through downtown Delaware to Wilmer Street and Henry Street.
