City of Delaware offices are closed Monday, January 16 for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and there will be no refuse collection. Residential refuse and recycling crews will operate on the “next day” collection schedule, beginning Tuesday, January 17 through Saturday, January 21, to complete the week’s collections.
