City of Delaware offices are closed Monday, June 20 for Juneteenth Day and there will be no refuse collection. Residential refuse and recycling crews will operate on the “next day” collection schedule, beginning Tuesday, June 21, and continuing through Saturday, June 25, to complete the week’s collections.
