The court revised its local rules on September 1, 2015, to incorporate the “Delaware Municipal OVI Specialized Docket”, which appears as Rule 213. The goals and objectives of the specialized docket are to provide supervision and effective treatment for certain OVI offenders and to reduce recidivism rates of those offenders. This specialized docket has been certified by the Ohio Supreme Court.
